This is a hands-on demonstration on how to replace and upgrade the internal system drive with a much larger capacity USB drive to hold more SET files, samples and MIDI files. The internal system USB drive holds the system OS (Operating System) and all the Resource files. Make sure first you BACKUP ALL data, just in case. You can always swap back the original USB to access any unsaved data. This procedure will replace the OS and Resource data. Just like installing a brand new hard drive for your PC, you do need to re-install both the OS and Resource files. This video also includes a simple guide to installing the OS and RESOURCES files from KORG’s website.
