Building My Home Recording Studio – Part 18 – Sanding Outer Walls and Testing Exhaust Fan

Time to sand down the outer Fiber-Cement cladding board plaster. Took me a whole day to sand it down. Now ready for painting preparation. I also tested the noise level of my exhaust fan, to check and see how loud the noise it makes. Maybe some change of plans too…
